Newser (via NetZero ISP) stopped working a week ago;

Newser (via Netzero ISP) worked fine for many years until a week ago. I can see all the Newser items, and click on the one I want. The item is displayed at the top of the screen as a tab. But it never opens! btw..... I tried the Chrome browser, and everything worked properly! Wha' happen?? How do I restore the Newser / Firefox connection?
