Hi,

I have formatted my computer and reinstalled everything. When I try to log back into Firefox, there is no 6-code password being sent to my email, so I cannot log in. I have since added Firefox to my contact list and waited 8 hours, still received no email. I don't know what could be causing this? I am writing this on my phone.
