The current issue is when disconnecting from our large internal VPN and opening Firefox. Firefox is able to bypass the system proxy setting and reach the internet unhindered, but it should be blocked. We have Chrome, Edge and IE where the internet is unreachable as it uses the system proxy when disconnecting from the VPN. The PAC file I see in my Windows proxy settings it looks fine as far as I can tell.

Looking online there are some old references to this behaviour in BugZilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1207798 but nothing more recent. Not sure why it is bypassing the proxy after a timeout or disconnect, but it is consistently reproducible.

The settings are auto set to "use system proxy settings" in the FF options.

If there is some current info on this weird problem please let us know.

                      Thank you..
