Cannot undo effects after uninstalling unapproved Parental Control add-on

After testing out an unapproved Parental Control add-on for Firefox, I decided to uninstalled it. But Firefox still redirects webpages (depending if it contains certain keywords on the page) to a blank page as if that add-on were still installed. Other web browsers are not affected.

Where on my computer is Firefox getting these instructions (including that custom list of key words)? And how do I undo this?
