The new version of Firefox doesn't work period. I displays a blank main page and doesn't respond to just about anything I do. No browsing, images, no response to input and most of the page option do nothing.
Where is the browser function? All I get is a blank page and the input line does nothing but save the address I input.

What a stupid excuse for support. There is no support and no help either. Firefox doesn't do anything and neither does the help section.
Hi, was version 84 working normally for you? The problem was after updating version 84 to version 85?
Please test in Firefox's Safe Mode. In its Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
Hold down the option/alt key when launching Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Does Firefox work at all?
