Hi I recently signed up for CBS All Access on my Samsung Smart TV. When I went to run a trailer for The Stand it said, 'Opps your browser doesn't support this video'. So I tried to download the latest on my TV (I've never done this before) and it keeps saying Your download was interrupted. But all is not lost. Then I click on the help...and it still keeps doing it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help in advance! Kea Simental
