<p>Safe Mode only lasts until you close the browser. Restarting should be normal mode.

</p><p>FYI, the broker support suggested using another browser, preferebly Chrome, I replied absolutely NOT, firefox is my browser NO OTHER is tolerated.
</p><p>In answer to your question what error messages were being displayed, None, the pictorial was dead, so, could not slide the jigsaw piece into place. Had I inadvertantly been too strict on security, but this was set at standard .
