Greetings Firefox Community,

I work from home as a warranty administrator for Mazda, Honda, Toyota and Volkswagen. They all seem to use either IE11 or Chrome as their online platform. When I use Firefox I can access all of the log in screens, however when I need to go to different pages Firefox does not allow me to go any further. I have no idea how to change the compatibility settings in Firefox. In IE11 I simply go to tools and then Comparability Settings and enter the page I need to access. In Chrome I can cross platform with no problem. I would rather stay with Firefox. Any suggestions will help.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
