Sounds like you were playing the web browser version of Game of Thrones Winter is Coming at say the https://got.gtarcade.com/ site? and not the desktop app or steam client version.

Mozilla, the makers of the Firefox web browser has no access to your account on such a site.

Unless you used a throwaway email address to create the account or have a lot of email addresses chances are you can find emails sent from those behind the game when you created your account and did activation and making purchases and such in one of your email addresses webmail or email client. If you can figure out what email address you used and do not remember your password then you can try the Forgot Password? link when you try to login.

You really should potentially keep a text file on computer and say written on a hidden paper option on any accounts you have like the email, username and password and for what site or service. Especially if you rely on being auto logged in each time as chances are you may forget details used for that account over time like what email, password, username was used for the account when you have to login for some reason.
