How to deactivate spell check when typing e-mails?

Hi everyone!

I have have a problem when typing e-mails in an hotmail.com-account. Almost every second word is underlined with a red wavy line. It marks spelling mistakes and makes suggestions for a different spelling. I do not need spell check and even do not want it. It's very annoying.

I use Windows 7.

I have deactivated spell check in both Firefox and Outlook already and also have restarted Firefox after several changes. But the red lines are still there.

Does anyone have any idea what else I could try?
