In any version of Firefox preview/nightly if I set the browsers address bar to the top of the screen and then scroll down the page there is a white line that will constantly appear as I scroll. This does not happen on the stable Firefox browser. This is a recording of me showing what I'm talking about https://imgur.com/a/HaBMmkd

I have restarted my phone, tried Firefox nightly, preview and preview nightly and all 3 do the same thing. The recording is on freshly installed versions of both Firefox stable and Firefox preview. Phone is a pixel 2 XL.

Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks!

Better imgur gallery. Didn't realize that it cuts off after a minute.

Hi Aaron

Thank you for going to this effort to show us what you are seeing. I must admit (maybe becuase I have been using Firefox Preview for a while now) I am not quite sure what you mean. Whereabouts is this white line?

So it's kinda hard to see. You only see it when I'm scrolling down the page in preview with the toolbar set to top. Here are some screenshots. first screenshot shows it with no white line second screenshot shows it with a white line and then the third one is just the white line circle just in case. It looks really insignificant in the screenshot but on my actual phone it is a bit thicker and when reading a book on a black page it kind of hurts me internally haha.

Also if you watch the second video in the first comment I posted you can see it appear and disappear when I scroll up and down after I submitted the toolbar to top.

Thank you.

I can see the line now, but I think this may have been intentional to seperate out the menu bar a little from the web page. That said, we do keep the features and design of our apps and software under review and this is something that may be looked at again in a future update.

I mean on the standard version of Firefox this doesn't happen. Just on the beta/nightly/preview builds. It just gets really distracting when you're scrolling down a page and see a vibrating white line. If I set the toolbar to bottom in preview I don't see the while line either. Just would personally prefer to have the bar at the top.
