when i go into vr mode, for example in apainter, I can see on my monitor that it senses my motions but i can only see my home screen in oculus, nothing pops up, I have already tried everything that was suggested which is: going to nvidia control panel(turned up the power management settings), reinstalled firefox, restared oculus, reticked the setting that allows apps from unknown sources in oculus app, updated my nvidia drivers and restarted my pc. I have no where else to go now and I could really use some help. P.S: I use oculus rift, my gpu is Nvidia gtx 980Ti and I don't have an integrated gpu because my processor is Amd ryzen 1600

I FOUND MY ISSUE: I CLICKED TO ADD AN EXTERNAL APP ON OCULUS APP AND THEN ADDED FIREFOX.EXE
