We all need to be wary of potential phishing pages masquerading as a popular site. It sounds as though you may be navigating within a frame embedded in the page. To learn the URL of a frame, use the right-click context menu in a blank area of it and look for a "This Frame" item you can expand to reveal "Open Frame in New Tab" and "View Frame Info" to learn the address.
If the right-click context menu is blocked, there is a setting which will show Firefox's menu in front of any menu presented by the site:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste context and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the dom.event.contextmenu.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false
To revert this change later, double-click the preference again, or click the reset button at the right end of that row.

One additional concern would be an extension. You can view, disable, and often remove unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions.
Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything suspicious or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove).

You asked about: <meta property="og:url" content="https://www.mozilla.org/zh-TW/about/">
Web pages generally include meta tags for the information of non-human readers. Some common ones are directed toward search bots used to build up the databases for Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.
The "og:" ones apparently are intended to be used by social sites like Facebook, according to this page: https://ogp.me/
I think that is how when you paste a link in a FB comment, you sometimes get a snippet from the sites instead of just a basic link. FB is pulling from these "og" tags for the fancier presentation.
But then you mentioned "PWs" -- what were you referring to there?
The problem is related to attempted hijacks of password (PWs). With CNN International Edition, I am getting a weird page with a listing of passwords (very similar to my PW for logging into my PC). Leaving that page, a page containing the CNN header remains. Due to the kind of businesses I am associated with, I might be an 'interesting target'.
