firefox 64bit wont open in win10

hi, cant open firefox last couple of weeks. I try update to latest version, I try UK, US, Czech, all 64bit versions but only blinking spinning wheel and wont open. All installations was made after complete uninstall and restart PC. Firefox process is running under Task manager but cant be closed, I get an error msg. I try firefox 32bit and it works fine. But cant use profile from 64bit version and don't want to loose all history, bookmarks and settings. It also happened ony father PC a few months ago but fresh new installation solved this. Im using Eset, all up to date with latest Win 10 64 bit. Any idea where can be problem? Thanks Pete

Additionally, if you have sync turned on, you should be able to fresh install and just log back in to restore your stuff.

Hi Eve, thanks for fast reply. I read that article before this post but it’s not my case, any of it. That’s why I made new post, as I’m not using any mentioned software in article. Also problem seem to be only with 64bit version, 32bit worked fine but can’t import settings and bookmarks and don’t have sync enabled on broken one...

Hi guys, thanks for try to help me. As I mentioned I have eset internet security, latest possible version, updated daily. I try disable eset firewall and real time protection but also don’t help. Also try 76beta Firefox but same problem.

Video provided not working, did sucessfully all commands but Firefox stil not working after restart.

Only 32bit version was working but can’t import profile from 64bit version and didn’t have sync enabled before...

It must be some error in 64bit versions. Win spinning blue wheel is blinking fast after I try open Firefox and never stop. Also Firefox process is running in task manager but can’t be closed, I get error everytime. So stop process and flashing spinning wheel I must restart computer
