Do you get any error messages, or any messages when you try to log in there?

If not, try clearing your cookies for that domain and see if that works.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I did clear all cookies. I get a message (in Italian, but, nevertheless, I enclose it), which sounds approximately: "the server is re-addressing the request for this page so that it can never be accomplished. This problem frequently is related to the cookies." As explained, all cookies have been cleared. What is funny is that, with the previous version of Firefox, I never experienced such problem. I could easily read my mails on tiscali.it.

Hi maurizio.viglino, with enhanced tracking protection, Firefox may be blocking more third-party cookies. You could liberalize the cookie settings and see whether that makes any difference: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.

Also, if you use any Container-related features or add-ons, that could be relevant because containers have individual "cookie jars" that block cross-site access.

I have neither error messages nor any otrher message. I have no more access to my mailbox with Firefox.

Hi Raul, are you also using Tiscali for your email?

No. I don'u use Tiscali. As I also have Google Crome, I use it while I am unable to access Firefox.
