Mobile Bookmarks not appearing on PC bookmark list
I have a bunch of sub-folders of bookmarks within the Other Bookmarks folder on my laptop Firefox. I like to bookmark sites of Mobile Firefox within these same sub-folders. Unfortunately, when I go on my laptop, I am unable to see the bookmarks that I saved when I was on my phone. I know there is a separate folder for Mobile Bookmarks, but I don't want to use those, because the sub-folders I created are better organized for my uses. I can provide more info about my browser configurations and other details if necessary. I appreciate any and all help I receive from everyone here. Thank you.

On Android there is only the Mobile Bookmarks folder. You can save and create bookmarks and folders in this Mobile Bookmarks folder. On desktop you can only see synced bookmarks in the Mobile Bookmarks folder. You need top use copy and paste to move bookmarks that shows in the Mobile Bookmarks to another folder if you want to have them show in another folder. There is no way to have them appear automatically in this other folder.

You probably will have to do a copy and paste from the "Mobile Bookmarks" folder to the sub folder in "Other Bookmarks" that you want to use. If the "Mobile Bookmarks" isn't populated properly then there might be a problem with Sync or with the bookmarks.
You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there is a recent Sync log available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
On the Firefox Android App, I put my bookmarks into the "Other Bookmarks" folder, so I don't have anything in the "Mobile Bookmarks" folder.
My problem is that when I add sites to the "Other Bookmarks" folder on my phone, they doesn't show up when I go on my laptop.

You should first log in to both of the devices with the same login and turn sync on by going to Options -> Sync -> Connect.Hope this will help.
