Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

thank you @@FredMcDfor shortening my research for this.i have been disabled in neck,hands,shoulders since 1992.i have literally been down a month with a flare up.this is my first day to do chores on my pc but redoing FF was not on that list.i dont get many hours of situp,typing time with my neck & hands..im not shouting.im ssorry but with where my neck injury is ,it affects eyes,swallow,etc so small letters on mobile is almost unbearable and i often mistype..anyway thank you. hopefully it wont take even 4 hours.but thats about my daily limit even with a neckbrace.thanks again for responding.i had just woke up almost feeling human thanks to icy hot and my heating pad along w rx.it changed my mood.but thank you.its only been 2 hours and thanks to you i cant start fixing.this has taught me valuable lesson. in my trolling for answers i did find back up firefox tip.stupid me.i thought thats what sync did.i have easus todo installed and running.i thought about putting in my backup.lol thanks again @FredMcD ! you made my day brighter.if i could delete this post i would

Note that some data expires from Sync, so if you haven't used Firefox for a very long time then this data is lost from Sync. There has also been an update on the Sync server a few years ago that has reset Sync.
