The sorting button does not work with Spectrum email. It works with other browsers: Chrome; and Internet Explorer.
When I'm in my folders in my Spectrum E-Mail account, I notice that some aren't sorted as the site directs. That is, New - Old. Some are sorted as desired. With the others that are not sorting in the same direction as desired, I select the sort button to refresh the sort order, and nothing changes. Your help in solving this dilemma would be much appreciated, Thanks!
