How can I find my history and my pages from before, when I didn't have any account, that means, today ?

Just now, when I opened Firefox, the app told me that I must have an account, I didn't have one yet so I created one, named Baj It was obligatory AND it deleted EVERYTHING, I had like, a hundred tabs opened before, I had favorites and my history was really important but it doesn't exist anymore ??? Please help me get all of this back, tell me I didnt' lose all of that
