Why are you removing the upload option for firefox screenshots?
This was my favorite feature and limiting me to downloading only leads me to taking extra steps, ala
Right click> Screenshot>Download>browse to image hosting site such as imgur>upload screenshot i just took
The only reason I take screenshots to begin with is to share images with friends and i found the upload functonality to be a feature that set firefox out from your competitors. Very saddened to see this feature go...

Hi magicturtle12, I don't know the reason "why."
However, I do want to mention a possible shortcut if you don't need to edit the image before posting. Some hosting sites let you "paste" (Command+v) to upload an image. So in that case you could use the Firefox Screenshot "Copy" button, and not have to save the file locally before pasting to your hosting site.
- On Microsoft OneDrive, when you are in the Files view and see the text "Drag files here to upload", try pasting to add the image from the clipboard to that folder. https://onedrive.live.com/
- On Snaggy, it is even more direct since you can just paste into the home page. https://snag.gy/
I'm sure there are others I haven't tested.
Can I still view screenshot uploads that I took a week ago? I didn't realize this feature was being discontinued and I'm pretty sure I saved an important screenshot as an upload and wonder if I can still access it now. I just upgraded to 69.0.1 and that is when I think the upload feature of screenshots disappeared.

Hi sandra12, Firefox 67 removed the feature of uploading to the Firefox Screenshots site. Perhaps last week you saved the screenshot to your computer? Usually it would be in your Downloads folder. You could check your Download history (Ctrl+j or on Mac, Command+j).
Hello jscher2000,
Thank you for your speedy response. I must have been running an older version before I upgraded because I was still able to upload screenshots to the server up until very recently. Oh well, that's what happens when you're in a hurry, I typically wouldn't let screenshots reside on the server. It's really best to copy them off anyway.
Hi sandra12, I found this address in my history. Do you see anything there?
Thank you for that link. I signed in but unfortunately the history was empty.
Did you try to export your screenshots ?
Make sure you are signed in to your Firefox Account (click the cogwheel button if necessary).
No .html file, only a .css and a .js file after the download. We tried.
