I have been a Firefox user for years. My hard drive had to be replaced and my backups were no good. Do I have to start all over to use Firefox or do you have my information on hand.

Did you use Firefox Sync? If you did, you may be able to log into Sync and restore them. Keep in mind, sync isn't a backup service

Hi Jack.G, what do mean by "my backups were no good." Is there a problem finding your Firefox data in the backup, or did you try using the bookmark Restore feature and it didn't work, or ??

Depending on the problem, the replaced hard drive might be repaired. Or, its data might be recovered. You will need a tech to help with this.

Thanks for all the advice that I tried and did not work. I went to Firefox Sync and they said my password was no good after changing my password I went back to Firefox Sync and was told again my password was no good so I am moving on and will miss sing Firefox.

You can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
