When ever I type an Captcha in official website I have renter it again and again and because of that I am unable to sign in. Kindly guide me to resolve this.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
