Grazie per l'nformazione che ha risolto il problema.

Ho avviato in modalità provvisoria FireFox e ho sperimentato su alcuni siti il pulsante refresh. Risultato: non tutti hanno questo "refresh scroll" quindi dipende dalla progettazione dei siti avere o non avere questo problema. Grazie .
