The choice offered to download for my Mac, running ver. OS 10.13,6, was Version 62.0.3, first offered to Release channel users on October 2, 2018; I installed it, had to try a couple times because 2 step verification was not working properly when I tried to install iOS on my phone (more on that later); I registered as a user on my Mac; it sent me to a page that said to download iOS for my iPhone 6, so I did, had to do that a couple times too because I could not get 2 step verification to work, the second time it gave me a QR code to scan, I did not have the scanner, asked for a translation it gave me about 10 groups of 4 numbers each and when I put those all in to verify it did not work, so I downloaded the Authy app it asked me to get, used it on the QR code and I think it worked, because the computer was authorized; I went into the college website with Firefox, got what I needed and got the hell out of there. But the dmg was still there, so I followed the help directions to be sure the software was installed; put the Firefox icon in the Dock, made sure it worked a couple times; then tried to eject the dmg from my computer, but it was not in the list with all the other disks, it was in my desktop folder, so I threw in the trash on 10/2/18, and deleted it. I shutdown a couple of times after that and on 10/5/18 it was no longer install. I have reinstalled it on the computer, I think, and I am leaving the dmg on it. It is still installed on the phone, kind of, I see the icon and I can open it, but it is waiting for 2 step veri too, and I cannot do anything with it. I sent some screen shots of the computer and one PDF of what the phone screen says. I am not touching this crap any more til I hear from you. Sorry, but I have spent hours on this and I am very frustrated :-( When I tried to download the first screen shot, only 60 KB, it kept churning away trying to download for over an hour, I finally stopped it by deleting the download. So I will only try downloading them again if requested to do so.
