How do you make sure that you do not block or spoof the referrer to resolve my blocked video??

In reference about my blocked video, I received the message that:

<<Hmm. I noticed that I once togled a pref to spoof the referrer to match the calling URL (network.http.referer.spoofSource). Resetting this pref makes the video work. So make sure that you do not block or spoof the referrer. If I disable the referrer then I only get sound and the video has a display:none; attribute and is hidden because of this.>>
