Can someone update Thunderbird to detect Telia Mail Servers?

When Installing a Telia account, their mail servers are not automatically detected by Thunderbird. Telia is the Largest Telecom/Mobile operator in Sweden, so this would be nice for their subscribers.

We (Thunderbird) don't initiate such setups. You need to push your ISP to do this. Send them to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Thunderbird/Autoconfiguration

I have contacted Telia, and they are unresponsive. They do not want anything to do with third party suppliers. Any chance that I can provide the information, referring to a page on their server as source for the information?
