While exploring the options of the browser had installed unintentionally a new tab called 'Renew it Now New Tab'. It is not at all useful for me and so I wish to uninstall it. Please tell me how to do it.

Separate issue first :
Your system details show that you have Shockwave version 11.1.r102, which is a very old version and needs to be removed. The latest version is : Shockwave 25.0.r0

Your Flash Player needs to be updated.
Note:  Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note:  Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict   -   install the plugin only,   not the ActiveX.
The latest Flash Player Version :   25.0.0.171
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Note:   Other software is offered in the download.
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .)
Note:  Other software is offered in the download.

Next issue : You are running a very old version of Firefox   -   the latest (release) version is 53.0.3, which you can download from here :

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

The regular release of Firefox 52+ only allows one plugin, which is Flash. The Extended Support Release (ESR) of Firefox 52 + will still run Java, Silverlight, etc. You can download the ESR Firefox version here : https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/ Windows Users: When you get to the ESR installer list, you'll notice at least two different downloads for Windows: • Windows installer is the standard version for Windows that runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Vista through 10 (and 32-bit XP), the best choice for most users. • Windows 64-bit installer ONLY runs the Flash and Silverlight plugins.

Back to your question. Is this an add-on that you have installed   ? If so,   would you take a look at this article, please :

We have DMS machines and it requires admin rights to install certain programmes or to move to higher version. Thanks for your concern.
