The problem is in "html5 Youtube video speed Controller". This addons use alt+2 as hot key.

When did this start?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
In the safe mode I don't have the any problem.
