TB seems to decide if it will download new messages and not, it can work for days with no problem or only once. I use a mailwash program first, so I know when there are messages and this is a new development with TB. It will tell me there are X messages and is downloading then suddenly tells me there are no new messages. The only way to fix it is to shut the computer down and re start. This is such a pain especially when I am busy. Can you tell me if there is a fix please
