I can't print from Amazon to my printer ( brother laser ) through firefox. I can print with windows explorer from amazon
this is very difficult to explain. I sell on amazon. I need to print out the orders, however suddenly firefox will not preform.
I set up Internet Explorer with amazon. From that browser no problem. On the other hand some pages from print fine.. HELP

Sometimes, some applications like Amazon, or Amazon Prime are stubborn & won't print.
for over a few years it worked fine........and then a few days ago.. nope
Hi Julie, do you get an error message when you go to print or is there a problem with the printout itself? Could you describe the symptoms in more detail?
If the page you need to print is pre-formatted as a PDF, the issue might be with the PDF viewer. There's usually a black toolbar above the PDF (below the regular toolbars) with a download button that would allow you to open the PDF in Adobe Reader/Acrobat or other viewer on your system.
Next to your post, under Question Details > More System Details, it doesn't appear that you have the Adobe Acrobat plugin that usually comes with Adobe Reader, or any other PDF viewing plugin. Is that a change from what you had before?
