My students need separate accounts for xray googles and Thimble. How can I monitor their work progress and their published work?

I'm in the process of planning the syllabus from Rising Stars - computing, and have realised my students will need individual accounts for remixing projects, using the xray goggles etc. How will I be able to monitor their work - will I have an administration access password to proof read the content before it is published?. On Google sites this is within the 'manage site' and subsequently, I can give permission level access to each individual and check the history of the overall site and individual progress. Can you please advise me on the process? Thank you Michelle
