hi, this is the first question filed by your account on this forum, so it is not clear what your question was or what kind of response you are awaiting. as people answering here are commonly other firefox users volunteering our time to help others, i would say that this is probably not the right setting for launching a complaint either. if you need help with a particular issue, please open a question!

ok, so i understand now that your firefox is crashing - mozilla will not respond to individual crash reports (as there are too many of those), but this data will get analysed and frequent crashes get fixed.

in order to help you individually, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

Where can I copy these reports?

please refer to the screenshot & just paste the report numbers here into a reply on the forum afterwards. thank you!

If Firefox crashes too quickly to use the about:crashes page, you can find the report ID numbers on disk. This article has more information:

Firefox crashes - asking for support

Probably not your specific problem, but your Shockwave Flash 17.0 is very out of date. It is up to 22. I'm not very familiar with your Unity Player but it is not the latest version. You ask "Where can I copy these reports?" Philipp will no doubt respond but his Helpful Reply is very clear starting at about:crashes into the location bar(URL, Address Bar). Where are you having trouble? You post the bp- reports the same way you posted your question.

Thank you evry one

I also am not getting responses to a different problem. It is not a "crash", so from what is said above it should have been responded to. I am polite, and realize this browser is designed by volunteers, including responses to issues by users.

However in the past I got almost immediate response to other problems. I am becoming concerned that perhaps world economic conditions are affecting people available to address problems with Firefox. I certainly don't want to be forced into another browser due to Firefox becoming unusable because it is not dealing with its technical issues.

I will post, again (lost track of how many times I've done so already) the issue of disappearing Tags. I'm very organized, thanks to available Add-ons, so when these Tags disappear I can readily locate the Bookmark, view its properties, delete the Tag (which is not appearing as it should), saving the Property page, then reaccessing the Property page, selecting the appropriate Tag from the drop-down list and saving it. This works for Tags having multiple Bookmarks, but is a little more difficult if only 1 Bookmark is Tagged. The end result is that the Tag is now visible.

Since this is now occuring almost daily it has become a chore I don't look forward to.

Hi MozillaFirefoxNewbie, I see your question from about a month ago here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1130205

It could be that not a lot of people use bookmark tags. I added a few a couple years ago just to play with them, but do not depend on them enough to notice whether they have been stable.

Anyway, please "bump" your thread to continue the discussion rather than joining a thread about a very different issue.
