crashing when i am viewing video
I will have usually 2-3 tabs open. One is usually a video playing. It plays for a while then stops or crashes. I restart my browser or sometimes I have restart my computer. It is very inconvenient and I have sent messages for help but no solution or a response has been sent back to me.

hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

If you mean in the crash reporter, then the email is not for support purposes but a option for the small chance a dev may contact the person for more details.

those would all be from september last year and won't offer many clues about the current issue unfortunately. are there newer ones in the list as well? in any case - you could try installing an update for your graphics driver and see if that helps: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/102997/en-us

I did load the nvidia driver. We will see if that works.
