Why is it everytime I allow a FF update, I have problems and my favorite add-ons go away. This is really irritating. FF should have a better handle on this head

This is getting ridiculous, I like FF but if they don't fix this I will go elsewhere. One of the best add-ons there is and just because I let FF do an update I can't have it anymore and this has happened in the past, it's bs and you need to fix it. With pretty much everything else OK how the hell did this happen?? You keep causing all of us these reoccurring problems and don't do anything to fix it then there is not much of a reason to stay with FF. You will be no better the IE.

Coolpreviews is discontinued and no longer supported by the extension author so it was bound to break or be affected by something like the new signing at some point.

FF needs be fixed so it doesn't keep causing problems and add-ons to go away. Coolpreviews is a perfect example. One of the best and it's gone? WTF!!??

This will disable add-on signature enforcement; Enter about:config into your Firefox address bar Click the I'll be careful button Find xpinstall.signatures.required in the list Right click the preference Select Toggle until the value is false https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-signing-in-firefox

I tried what you suggested and I found the list just no listing for xpinstall.signatures.required. Any ideas??

xpinstall.signatures.required is there in about:config as maybe you added something before the x like a space in filter.
