Hi, delete all references to Outlook, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.

If that doesn't work, have you definitely tried Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away? Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:

• Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:

• On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
• On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
• On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
  (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)

When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".

To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

If you have other e-mail accounts, you can add them in also.

But keep trying to get Firefox to log in.

I was able to log in using firefox. I typed Windows Live Mail in google and the first link let me log in. After, I noticed the address is different for windows live mail. For windows live mail it says mail.live.com/m/ but if you type hotmail or outlook in google it says live.com/. I don't know if it is anything to do with that. Since i haven't logged out yet, outlook and hotmail link now let me go to my email with no problems.

https://login.live.com should bring you to the log in page. https://mail.live.com should bring you to the login page or to the mail page when you have logged on.

You should avoid bookmarking the mail page that shows a specific mail server like dub127.mail.live.com as its availability isn't guaranteed.
