Need to talk to someone, what is the phone number for the Bay Area?
I tried to change my email password because I believe someone has hack into it. After I changed it, now I can't log in to my existing account.

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't offer support via telephone.
Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

Log-in pages have a "forgot password" link.
Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the web site.
Check your user profile at the site.
Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user name to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.
