CANNOT RESTORE BOOKMARKS FROM BACK UP
Having chosen to click on a suggestion to speed up browsing on Firefox, I have lost my Bookmarks. When I try to Restore them I get a window saying "Unable to process the backup file." What can I do to get them back?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Are you trying to restore a recent JSON backup or is that a backup made by an older Firefox version?
Is that compressed backup with a .jsonlz4 file extension?
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
