What error message to you get when trying to access the AVG website? Or just a blank page?

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

First of all, this is not my fist time of internet issues or pc issues, I have cleared cookies several times and cache also. I have ran malwarebytes a couple times, I will attempt to run the other malware programs suggested, my error I was receiving is "Internal Server Error - Read The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
