Please see Yahoo Help for support concerning their Firefox toolbar extensions.
Yahoo Help said it was not their issue.
Of course they would say that. Tell us are there any other problems?
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
Make sure you have the latest version. The best thing to do is first remove the program, then get the full installer.
