how can I remove insta share ads?
All of a sudden, I am getting highlighted text words and pop-up ads, although the pop-up blocker on Mozilla is "on". What can I do to remove this?

Note: the guide asks you to Reset Firefox. The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information. However, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
If you do not want to lose your extensions, you can try going to your list of extensions and removing any suspicious ones:

) > Add-ons > Extensions
If your home page, search settings or new tab page are set to load a page you did not set by default, install Search Reset Tool. This extension will set these preferences back to default, and then uninstall itself. Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good add / pop-up blocker.
