why does Facebook not open
I have reset every possible option on Firefox, opened in safe mode updated to the latest version. I have done exactly what the reset options have said. Facebook will still not load, it loads in every other browser.

I have followed these instructions to the letter, and I am still not able to open Facebook, all I get is this message. Facebook works on both my ipad, iphone, on IE, and Safari on PC. This problem has been on going for more than 3 months, I cannot believe that many other people are having the same problem, and Mozilla just send out the same stock answer. Clearly there is something else wrong. This is the message that I receive: The connection has timed out
The server at en-gb.facebook.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
