I closed an account that I had gmail send all my information from. Now that I want to download it, I can't due to the fact that it wants me to log into the account that no longer exists. If I try signing in to another account to try to download it will not let me. This is a brand new phone and I can't open my bank app due to a message that keeps reading " page management" ,have installed and Uninstaller it. Been to bank, TMobile site and simply nothing works and now i can't recover my downloads from an account that was closed even though I downloaded them cause it keeps sending me the email address of the account that's closed and won't accept another account to open the download. When I first started using my tablet, the browser seemed to function as it does on my computer. For example, Facebook messages would open within the Facebook page. Now, I have to open the Facebook messenger app for those messages. I'd rather not have to do that. I'm thinking I may have clicked a button to optimize for mobile, but I can't figure out how to undo that. Please help.

Here is a "story": 1. I want to sign in into github using a passkey stored on my yubikey 2. I plug in my yubikey 5C into my phone (samsung z flip 6) 3. I open github.com in firefox 4. I press "sign in with a passkey" 5. Firefox opens some samsung chooser, I choose "other devices > show qr code" 6. login fails and firefox opens Google's prompt to enter pin for the yubikey (but the login already failed, so it does not matter)

My roommate experiences the same bug with his yubikey and his samsung S24.

Doing the same in chrome works. Instead of opening samsung thing it opens Google thing directly where I can choose "use a different device" and it works after that (no login fail).

Is this a known issue? Can I do something to fix it or at least debug it?

I had a smartphone, it died I bought a new one

I moved the SD card from the old to the new one, dear stupid Android 13 then 14 say: oh I'm sorry you have to format your SD card, lol

during the configuration of the new smartphone, I asked to restore data from the backup of the old smartphone: - some parameters has been restored - applications were reinstalled - for example osmand restart with all configurations made on my previous smartphone

but, when I run Firefox, even after login on firefox sync, I have ......... nothing: - no passwords - no bookmarks - no preferences

why?

I have some add-ons installed on Firefox,like Adguard and another one for Twitter improvement, but when I use Twitter(X) pwa for example, the extras that the addons provide don't seem to work! Please if possible make the addons work with PWAs!
