Dear Firefox-Support,

while using the iPad App in version 138.0 to generate a secure password today, this password was not saved. I was using the change password function on an account previously not known to my Firefox account. When I acknowledged the password change and was prompted to sign in in the same tab, neither the function that should remember the new password within the same session worked, nor was it saved with the other passwords.

I think it is unlikely you can help me find this password again, but I would like to make you aware, that this szenario might be an issue.

I’m having such a difficult time with passwords syncing on iPad. For context, I’m up to date on iPadOS, and recent updates for Firefox as well. But for some reason, Firefox will suggest a new strong password for sites that I need to log into that require a new password, and then it won’t update. This is extremely frustrating - I’ll even manually enter the details into Firefox’s password manager, but it won’t save. Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening? Thanks for any tips that might help!

In the past, I was able to follow Firefox's instructions to connect both my phone and laptop (scan or sign in with email). Now when I try the scan method, I get an "error" message on my laptop while the phone says I need confirmation from my other device. When I try to sign into my Firefox app on my phone using my email, I click the sign in button but it doesn't work. How do I fix this?

I got a new mobile phone and wanted to log into my Mozilla account on the new phone but I can’t because my password is 8 years old and for the love of god I can’t remember. When I try to change or reset my password I get an unknown error and it drives me insane. What can I do?

I can do anything on firefox except log into the costco.com webssite.

I have cleared everything, rebooted, turned off enhanced tracking, popups, no extensions or addons but about once every week firefox REFUSES to let me login. I can go to Safari and all is good. What could possibly be left to do, hate to go to Chrome but Mozilla is just not doing right.

You think since it’s a security breach you’d almost be able to disconnect, but no! You genius’s put a “sign out” button where a kill switch is needed. Now find out who the [redacted] is in my account and audit the settings for temperance!.
