I updated Firefox to 111.0(64-bit) this morning. My push notification from sites I allow started running through Windows notifications instead just popping up like normal. I read an article that said I could disable this feature through Windows Settings and the push notifications would start showing up like they used to. Unfortunately after I did this I stopped getting push notifications at all. Would have left it to go through Windows notification but it makes an annoying sound every time I got a notification and that got old fast. I just want push notifications back like they used to be.

I run Firefox on Windows 10.

One day, all my Push Notifications on websites like Youtube and such are suddenly going on my Windows 10's action center instead of just showing it on the web browser like it normally does.

Was this a update change or some setting I accidentally changed? (or changed on me) And How do I switch it back?

I want to clear data but the only option FF is offering is with cookies. I want to delete all but cookies.

Here it only says Cookies AND Site Data. But I want Site Data without Cookies. Can I somehow manually delete those files? Or manually selectively empty some tables in SQLite databases that FF uses? If yes then what files/databases exactly?

I am using Norton Password Manager for all my logins. Trying to figure out how this will affect my Firefox account. I just changed the account password to one randomly generated, but haven't logged out yet as I want to make sure I can get back in. Should I logout on all devices & then log back in with new password?

scroll bars cover website-widgets (check boxes) (110.0.1 64-Bit)!! e.g., when trying to activate a checkbox at the right edge (Amazon, marking an item to cancel an order) that is not possible because the firefox scrollbar (right side) covers the Amazon checkbox, so it is impossible to mark it, and so the order cannot be cancelled!

This is an unacceptable malfunction!!

(OTOH, on MSEdge, the scrollbar sits to the right of the checkboxes without ever covering them, so it's obvious that this is specific Firefox malfunction!!!)

Firefox quit working. when I click on the Icon on my computer desktop I get the following pop-up window. Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files\Mozilla FirefoxFirefox.exe’

When I click on the Icon in my taskbar I get this pop-up window . Windows cannot find ‘C:\Users\hgmv8\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\Taskbar\Firefox.Ink’ Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I have downloaded the latest version of Firefox but still get the error messages

I am an 86 y/o programmer with poor eyesight. I wrote my first program in 1960 and am learning html,javascript,php and sqlite. I frequently want my browser to 'forget' but in 150% enlargement the forget window doesn't fit on my screen and if i scroll down on the page i lose the popup, so i have to back out to windows (10) set my viewing to 100% and do it over. Suggestion: reduce the size of the pop-up and put the 'forget' button on the top. Are all the little icons necessary? I cant change any of them. And is the time frame necessary? i always choose '24 hrs'. IMO you only need a 'really?' pop-up to the forget button push and then wipe it all out. Firefox was running fine but few days ago, cannot get Firefox to start. Tried to uninstall, reinstall but didn't work. Tried uninstall, shutdown, reinstall and didn't work. Tried profile manager but it would not start so deleted the profile.ini file. Still won't start. When I look at Task manager, no processes for Firefox are running. Is there something else I should try to get working or should I just not use anymore?

My history kinda crashed.

When clicking "History" on left top corner its empty. I know that the data still somewhere exists because after I click Ctrl+H the side bar appears and there is whole history. But I can't reach it traditionally as before. I'm afraid my history can disappear and I want two things:

1 make my history come back to the normal place (the list on left top corner) 2 make a backup history file somewhere

I noticed with yahoo finance, and possibly another site or two I do not recall, that firefox becomes unable to open any other URLS and seems to lock up after visiting one or more of my saved favorate/bookmarked Yahoo Finance Urls.

The solution is not permanent and has to be applied everytime I open firefox and visit a site that causes this problem. It does NOT seem to affect M.S. Edge at all.

Is firefox / mozilla working on a permanent fix for whatever causes this issue?

Hi. Just a couple of days ago, Firefox lost the ability to load the website "ebay.com.au". The UK ebay website loads fine. As does the USA ebay website. I have tried running Firefox in troubleshooter mode disabling all extensions, no fix. I have been able to test this problem on one other Desktop PC, whom also is unable to load (ebay.com.au). Both PC's are 64-bit Windows 10 and have separate router and Internet connections. Both PC's are using the latest Desktop Firefox (111.0.1). I have tested disabling the software (BitDefender) Firewall on the PC, did not fix.

Please read this carefully before commenting to me. I do know some things about computers. And no, I will not get windows 11. I am very happy with windows 10 still. After the recent update I can no longer watch videos outside of Youtube. This is very annoying. I am getting error: 232011. I have gone into the Settings: Extensions and Themes: Extensions: No add ons turned on. I have deleted my cookies. I have reloaded, I have rebooted my computer after deleted cookies. It still says error 232011. This is my ONLY computer, no I cannot check this site on another one. No, I cannot check this site at the local library. Anything that is not Youtube that has videos gets block there at this time. I have no idea why, nor do I care. I have my own computer for this reason. However, I cannot use it if I keep getting this error.

when I right click on the Firefox desk top icon and slide down to property, for example, The resulting display is so small it is unreadable....can you help me with thi problem?...thanks Jerry.
