I don't understand the reason Firefox is slowing down and making my emojis and GIFs on LinkedIn very difficult to access. This isn't a problem on other sites. Any solutions? Thank you for your consideration. marlem388

I want to change my keyboard shortcuts for download page.Before an update my download page shortcut was ctrl+j. But after that update my keyboard shortcut changed ,now it is ctrl+shift+u. How do I fix this

If I go to the profile folder, exit firefox then copy and paste the folder to a backup location. The attempted backup fails. Something about permissions as I recall. I have tried many things unsuccessfully. Something has changed that does not allow for the backup of profile folders. Adding a backup option to the profile manager would be nice. I noticed some people have found work-arounds but I need a straight-forward procedure for backing up my folders. No work-arounds please, just a simple procedure. May I ask for help with this issue?

My Profile Folders can't be backed up. Messages I receive while attempting a backup state that permissions are required to backup certain files. I'm working in an administrator account so that shouldn't be an issue and I use to backup my Profile Folders without an issue.

I have Linux OS Mint Cinnammon 22.2 and firefox 145.0.2 I have ticked "Save and auto-fill payment info" and my credit card ## are recorded. When I want to pay, the default credit card ## appear correctly, but if I click on them to apply, nothing happens. Every time I have to re-enter all the numbers ! Many thanks for your answer.

I have a chromebook with linux enabled and installed firefox according to mozilla's instruction - via the sudo get-apt command. The cursor changes from the default to a very small adwaita. I've spent hours googling this issue and everyone I've come across had used some third party repo or was trying to shove in their own custom cursor theme. Literally all I want is my regular cursor back, and I have no clue why mozilla would have a specifically set cursor for their browser instead of just having it default to os. I don't really know what I'm doing here, but I cannot begin to state how tired I am of messing with this dead-end issue.

Any suggestions for Firefox being really slow? Slow loading webpages. This has been going on for about a month. Maybe longer. I have the same issue in Troubleshoooting mode. Firefox is updated. Cleared cache and cookies. Rebooted. On a Mac laptop.

I keep using Safari and I'm about to more over permanently.

I have an old Laptop which works perfectly for what I need, and I use Firefox for my Browser.

I had to shutdown my Laptop and everything seemed Ok on reboot. However, I can no longer access my Gmail account as I apparently "need Chrome" to get access...?

Do I? If so - how do I get it installed on my system?

When I access a specific website the .css files hosted at http://cdn.ct-static.com/ don't load. The Network Tool console indicates that they time out. I have been told this is usually a network setup issue however if I use the MS edge browser the site loads. How do I troubleshoot this?

Using Firefox 145.0.2, Flatpak installed via Bazzite's Bazaar store, there is no "sparkle" button in the sidebar, no options present like there are when I use Firefox on Windows.

I haven't been able to find a keyboard shortcut for switching between FF windows. I'm using MacOS Tahoe. Is this in development, or is it there and I just haven't been able to find it.

I have been using Firefox as my default browser for years on all my computers. I have a computer at work and one at home. My home laptop has for some time now been telling me that AI search results are "not available right now, try again later". Initially I thought this was transient, however it has not changed. I have tried to find a setting either in firefox or google that has changed but I cannot. My other laptop works just fine with AI searches on google.
