I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also become green. These are only happening in integrated mode. If I use hybrid graphics mode all works good. I attached the about:support page and about:config page.

Until last week I could access crosswords on the Australians Mind Games site. I could open the selected puzzle and be prompted to open with Firefox or Adobe and then be able to print. Now, when I click on the selected puzzle nothing loads. I've cleared recent history, looked at permissions, turned off privacy settings in Duckduckgo and nothing seems to work. I have resorted to using Edge (which I hate) to print the crosswords. Has anyone got a solution?

I installed a extension called MAL-Sync and tried to authenticate with one of my accounts. When I went onto the websites Simkl, MyAnimeList and AniList, I was not able to access some features. For Simkl none of the 'buttons' worked, disallowing me from logging in. MyAnimeList gives a "400 Bad Request." AniList says that it requires JavaScript. I checked to see that I have java script enabled, which I do since Firefox has it enabled by default. I checked my extensions and after disabling the only one that said disabled java script it still doesn't work. What do I do?

This is the message I get when I try to access my Bookmarks: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I have already tried to find out from Microsoft if their latest reinstallation of Office Professional could have caused the problem. They say they have nothing to do with Firefox. How can I get my Bookmarks and History back?

Okay I will try this again. My issue is I do not receive mail from someone using a gmail,com account. The last gmail mail I received was on 8-28-2025. I send mail from my [email removed]@optonline.net account to a gmail address and I don't get a response. I have a known and trusted person send me mail from there gmail process and do not receive it. I spend a lot of time with optonline help and the say there mail process is working fine. It was suggested that my browser could be the problem, so I am coming to you to correct the issue. Hi all, Has something happened in the past few weeks. Accessing the Shopify editor is now no longer possible on Firefox. Tried the usual, clearing cache, incognito mode, the most updated version of Firefox installed etc. Does work in Chrome. Shopify support are not able to isolate the issue. Any ideas what the issue is? And how to fix it?

Several times now I've closed firefox while having the open previous windows and tabs on startup on only for all my tabs to have been closed (with this time in particular being annoying due to losing tabs that I needed to have the specific link for). Is there any way to restore tabs lost in this way?

Hi, I have an account that has all my bookmarks etc... that I do not want to loose. The Firefox account has one email listed and I forgot to add a secondary before my old email was disabled. When I try to add now Firefox send a code to my old email which I have no access to. The extension of the email has been changed to @gmail.com vs the old email was "@shaw.ca" (company got brought out & not exist anymore). thanks for your help Regards, Melinda

Hello, Until the weekend, my firefox home screen has a row or bar across the top that had File - Edit - View - Bookmarks - Tools - etc. (see 'firefox' image attached) Now that row is gone (see second screenshot) Can someone tell me how to get it back please? I tried searching for this but, as I have no idea what this row is called, I came up blank. Thanks Chris

hi, I was on the page where Firefox in recommending addons. But I click on a tap and it takes me to another page where the addon has a lot of detail explainations on the addon, but there is no where on this page to download or install the addon. I am interested in several of the addons. Can you guide me where to go to install the addons. Sincerely Andrew
