Every time I start Firefox after closing it, I get a screen saying "Your Firefox has been updated" plus an announcement about editing PDFs in Firefox. My degault home screen does not appear unless I click the "home" icon. This is frustrating, because the update message just won't go away.

Hi - I have TextHelp's Read&Write tool through my university, when trying to install the firefox extension i'm getting a notification saying that it can't install the extension because it's corrupt. I'm not sure what I'm missing but it'd be really helpful if I could get this onto firefox as I move away from google haha!

Any help to get this onto chrome would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Samsung Frame 85" 2023 with GTX 1050Ti GPU, HP G4 SFF, i5-8500, Win 11 Pro 26100.3194

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :

Please advise how to fix

Trying to sign up for Mozilla Monitor. It wants my City and State but doesn't recognize it when I type it in so I can't use the Monitor. My address is a "city" of only 1,600 people and apparently too small to be in their data bank. What do I do?

Also my email has now changed. Don't know how to change it but they didn't ask for it for monitor. Confused here. (Okay, I'm 78 and though I have a 90s Multimedia Degree things just change too fast for me to keep up.)

Zoom default is at 100% but certain websites ignore setting. www.duckduckgo.com always comes in at 200% and is immediately reset by Ctrl+0. If I select one of the search options and press the back arrow to go back to search results, it is again at 200%. Other websites behave similarly with different zoom levels of 120%.

Firefox crashes randomly during video playback. I've submitted over 10 crash reports. I'm on Fedora 41 + gnome, but this issue persisted even in Windows 11, which caused BSOD therefore I made the switch to linux (At least in linux it doesn't crash the whole system, only firefox). If you need any additional information let me know. I can run journalctl/dmesg if required.

I've already tried things like restarting in safe mode (troubleshoot mode), refreshing firefox etc. Didn't work.

I don't have any idea who is the owner of 'solitity.co.in', but these pop ups are annoying and know that I click on any of the options - I will be in trouble for other things these pop ups can do to my computer.

As always before a banking site, I check for updates and as usual, I manually download and install despite it being turned ON? This comes after a clean reinstall 2 weeks ago. Also, all of the video controls for www.dailymailonline.com have switched to random letters? No security issues. thanks

i restarted my pc (windows 10 22H2) are when i opened firefox again it had logged out of EVERY account of EVERY website i use: all my 3 google accounts, my 2 twitter accounts, instagram, github, itchio, EVERTHING at least my passwords are still saved, but having to login everything is a fucking hastle, every site nowadays ask for 2 step verifications and having to do that again when i just need to work is really anoying yes a have already tried restarting my pc and the browser again, but the logins are still gone, is there a way to revert this?

For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).

As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.

I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).

I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.

Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?

Bonjour,depuis quelques jours, je rencontre un problème en utilisant ma messagerie Orange. lorsque je veux créer un nouveau message, au bout de quelques seconde certain termes ou titres des onglets comme par ex : pièces jointes est systématiquement remplacé par le terme "une machine à sous-munitions", ou encore devant mon adresse mail apparait le terme (lien-l'ilot) et a la place de ajouter (un destinataire) apparait "centrateur". j'ai vérifié sur chrome et là tout est ok. Mozilla FF est à jour et je l'est re-téléchargé et re-installé mais le problème persiste,y a t-il un bug dans la dernière mise a jour ? si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème merci de bien vouloir m'aider .

In the current version, Firefox slows, freezes and requires restarting. This seems to happen after about 8-12 hrs of being open (several windows and several tabs per window). Firefox is using ~5gb memory (system has 64gb).

When we get to this point, opening a web page will pause for 5-10 seconds and then complete. Pressing exit at this time has the same affect - 5-10 sec pause and then close tabs. Restarting Firefox fixes everything. Have to do this this at least 2x per day.

Some seller websites will not allow me to pay with a card. The card payment section does not appear Example, https://www.warco.co.uk. I always use Firefox and have noticed this on a few other sites as well. It works on other browsers.

Due mostly to upgrades in the app software, it's necessary to restart Firefox on occasion. Also, it's necessary due to OS upgrades. While the Restore Previous Session is a wonderful feature, it arbitrarily (and properly, by default) forgets all of the Private Tabs. But, there are times when I'd like to save some or all of the Private Tabs I've got open. A 'settable' feature to 'Remember Private Tabs during Restart' would be a tremendous asset at times.
