Saved Password not filling in for pop-up windows/frames

For some sites, when I sign-in, the login form is in a pop up window or frame and the username & password does not auto-fill. However the usernames & passwords are saved in the password manager. Any fix or workarounds you can suggest? Thanks in advance.
