I have firefox set up on my old laptop exactly how I want, is there anyway of trasferring it to my new laptop?

A couple of other options are the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2109/ FEBE] add-on which can be used to copy the profile (location where user data is stored), or the free [http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/ MozBackup] utility.
