Is there a way to revert the iOS layout update?

With the most recent iOS update they swapped the location of the settings button and tabs button. This was so unnecessary?? It just doesn’t make sense for settings to be sitting in the middle of the taskbar like that and while this is a stupid complaint, I really dislike the change lol. It’s annoying me very badly to be pressing settings when trying to change tabs.

Any way to revert it, or any setting I’m missing for a classic UI?
